Yes, absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% genuine, accurately specified, and sourced directly from the brand. All products are backed by proper manufacturer warranty and our dedicated after-sales support.

We provide an official 1-year warranty on all RAVPower products, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty excludes misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Claims require proof of purchase.

Orders are processed within 1 business day and delivered within 2 to 3 business days across Lebanon. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders above $150. Orders below this amount incur standard delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided they have not yet shipped or been processed for dispatch. Cancellation requests must go through our official channels (email or WhatsApp) and are subject to confirmation by our team.
