All purchases are final; we do not offer cash refunds or returns once an order is confirmed. A confirmed manufacturing defect may be eligible for repair or replacement under warranty.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided they haven't shipped or been processed. Requests must go through our official channels and are subject to confirmation.

We provide an official 1-year warranty on all RAVPower products, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. It excludes misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear. Claims require proof of purchase.
