Cancellation Policy

 

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not been shipped or processed.

 

Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, or if the order has already been prepared or shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

 

All cancellation requests must be submitted through Beirutek’s official communication channels and are subject to confirmation by our team.

 

Warranty

 

Beirutek provides an official 1-year warranty on all RAVPower products sold through our authorized channels.

 

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and conditions. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

 

Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and will be handled according to the brand’s warranty guidelines.
