Return Window

We offer a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 calendar days from the date of delivery to report an issue with your order.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

To report an issue, please email support@beirutek.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

If the issue is verified, Beirutek will provide an appropriate solution at its discretion.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

The only exception is when the product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. In such cases, the resolution will be handled by Beirutek after inspection.

Please ensure you select the correct product, model, and specifications before placing your order. Our support team is available to assist you prior to purchase.

Refunds

Beirutek does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

No refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection
  • Compatibility issues not caused by a product defect

Return Eligibility

Items reported for issues must:

  • Be in their original condition
  • Include original packaging and accessories
  • Show no signs of misuse, alteration, or accidental damage

Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible for return or resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened personal audio products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items reported outside the 5-day window

Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without prior approval from Beirutek will not be accepted.
